The JYS conference 2011


The Jagruk yuwa sangathan ( JYS ) is a youth organization. Working in remote tribal areas of Kherwara block of Udaipur district.JYS is far from the political parties and funded NGO’s.JYS always organize it’s activities by individual donations. JYS organized it’s ninth conference on 24th Nov.2011( Foundation day of JYS ).The organization is actively struggling for the people’s issues and trying to educate and aware them for the alternate and pro people system.
The National committee member of mines mineral and people, Mr. Ashok bhai of Gujarat was the chief guest in the conference. He talked about the struggles of the people in different parts of India. Specially about the land grabbing by the government and the multinational and so called national companies. Mr. Ashok talked about the coming challenges and asked to the participants to ready for the struggle.
The conference started at 12Am on Nov 24¬¬¬¬th 2011. President Shanker Parmaar welcomed to the guests, members of JYS and the participants.He talked about the conference and invite to the secretary of JYS to persent the report of last year. He speak about the struggles and short comings of the organization.The finance secretary presented the accounts. After the discussion the fraternal delegates of Kisaan Sangathan ( peasant Organisation ), Teachers organization, Students and workers organization also spoke and assure JYS to help in their struggles.
The Nine member leading committee was announced and everyone was invited for the food. The Harawal team of artists sang the revolutionary and progressive songs during the conference. The patron of JYS thanks to the participants and inform them to be ready for further struggles.
At last the Procession with traditional music instruments and JYS flags marched in streets of kherwara town and reached to the Bus stand.The young boys and girls danced and shouted slogans.The president give speech about the future plans of JYS and thanks to the people of kherwara and the guests to make the success of the conference.
